How Does the VCBB Verification Process Work?

👍 Step 1 – Application Review

Your application will be evaluated against VCBB’s Verification Standards to determine eligibility. This includes reviewing your business documentation, compliance records, and operational information.

💬 Step 2 – Follow-Up and Clarification

VCBB may contact you by email or phone within 14–21 days if additional information or clarification is required to complete the verification process.

✔️ Step 3 – Verification Assessment

Based on the information submitted and VCBB’s findings, a formal verification recommendation will be made regarding your status as a VCBB Verified Supplier.

🔔 Step 4 – Notification of Decision

You will be notified of VCBB’s decision as soon as the assessment is complete. If approved, your business will receive Verified status and be published in the VCBB directory.

💲 Step 5 – Membership Dues and Activation

Verified Suppliers must pay an annual verification membership fee. Once payment is completed, your verification badge, supplier profile, and matching privileges become active.
